The purpose of the Committee on Design is to work with Montebello’s architectural consultant to achieve designs for the restoration of Montebello’s public spaces. The goal is to ensure Montebello’s status as a premier condominium community by implementing solutions conforming to Montebello’s Design Master Plan.

To be successful, the committee will communicate extensively and openly with the Association membership during the whole process.  These web pages are one vehicle for that two-way communication!
